Erik is an experienced loan officer who joined the Coastlend team in September of 2023. He and his family relocated to the Charleston, SC from Metro-Detroit and we’re lucky he did. Erik brings a wealth of experience, a work ethic 2nd to none and a passion for helping others. When working with Erik you’ll quickly realize why we’re so happy to have him as part of the Coastlend family.

Erik’s goal as a loan officer is to provide an enjoyable and efficient mortgage process for his clients and referral partners. His mortgage acumen and attention to detail on every loan, sets him apart from other Loan Officers. Before his mortgage career, he spent many years in the insurance industry and owned his own business.

Erik graduated from Madonna University in Livonia, MI in May of 2014 where he studied criminal justice. He was also a student athlete while attending school where he played golf and competed in 2 national championships. Although the game may not be as good as it once was, Erik still enjoys a round of golf when time allows. Erik is happily married to his wife Ashley and they have a son named Gradyn with a baby girl expected in April of 2024. He enjoys exploring and traveling with his family, spending time with close friends and extended family, and following his Detroit sports teams.
